Pre-School

The preschool curriculum and environment as of high importance to East Side Learning Center. The centers drive to create an educational and homelike environment that sparks the children’s imagination, and encourages further investigation and learning. We believe that every child should feel welcomed and comfortable in their surroundings. There’s child size furniture, as well as adult size, couches and chairs for the children, teachers, and family members to use and enjoy. This provides a homely feel for children in a place that is away from their own homes.

 

The preschool provides a range of many different areas for the children to play, learn, create, socialize, and relax - seen below. Within these areas are opportunities for group, playing individual play, as well as active activities and quiet activities East Side Learning Center appreciates the important role play serves in children’s learning about their self in the world. Thus, children are provided with numerous opportunities to engage in self initiated, play in order to obtain their fullest potential or intellectual, emotional and social development.
